Buying

When it comes to buying a home, you could have a great deal of questions. Wondering whether your Realtor® is going to be truthful, credible, and hard working should not be among them. This holds true whether you’re a first time house buyer, or if you have previously gone through the home buying process.

As your Real Estate Agent, I concentrate on 3 things above all others:

1. Clear communication, so that you always know exactly what’s happening now and exactly what’s taking place next.

2. Finding homes that fulfill your wants and needs, particularly when it pertains to size, amenities, and location.

3. Boldy negotiating on the rate of your new home, so that you get the most for your money.

You have worked very hard to get to this point in your life, and you deserve a Real Estate Agent that is going to work even harder for you.

My Process

The home buying process consists of a number of phases. We’ll start off by discussing your wants and needs. From there, I’ll find homes that will delight you, while also staying within your budget. After we’ve narrowed down the selection to your top pick, we’ll work together to determine a realistic offer on the property, move into having the house inspected, and then start finalizing the paperwork.

I work with you closely during every step of this journey. When you get the keys to your new home, I want you to be happy and excited – not frustrated and exhausted.

There Are a Lot of Real Estate Agents – So Why Choose Me?

Because I am on your team. I work for you, not the seller. My primary concern is finding you the right home, for an affordable price, with little to no stress.

I know that if I take care of you, then you will be apt to refer your friends, family, and coworkers to me, which is the best complement I could ever receive. So my first and foremost objective is to take care of you!

I work closely with several local associations and contacts to find listings that aren’t available to other Realtors or real estate agents. This gives you a wider selection to choose from, meaning you’re more likely to find the home of your dreams.

What’s the Difference between a Real Estate Agent and a Realtor?

As a member of the National Association of Realtors I strive to uphold the highest standards of ethics, communication, and service in the industry. The average real estate agent doesn’t abide by these standards – they simply help you find a home.

I strive to uphold the standards of the National Association of Realtors. Contact me (7-days a week, any time from 9 AM to 7 PM at 407-637-4634 today to find out more about what I can do to help you make your dreams of home ownership come true.

I also am happy to work with people who are selling a home, or business real estate, in Orlando.
